How this works

Markdown, plain text, and PDF all work. From Google Docs download as Plain text or Markdown first, since a Word file cannot be read here. If your report has no payload block, the roles are read straight out of the report instead. If it is not a report at all, any job titles in the text are pulled out so you can start from something.
