This is not consulting theory. This is 25 years of doing the work.

I have spent over two decades doing what I love most: helping communities thrive. It started when I realized how much of a difference we can make when we come together. I have built and scaled programs at North Texas Food Bank, San Antonio Food Bank, and Crossroads Community Services. I grew children's nutrition programs from a single pilot to 300 active distribution sites across 13 counties, and directed emergency food operations for 2,000 families per event during COVID 19 with zero compliance failures.

My work has never been just about big picture strategy. I am equally passionate about personal transformation. Coaching individuals to break through barriers and step into their potential. That same belief in the power of connection drives everything I do at Wendling Nonprofit Consulting. When the right people, systems, and purpose come together, organizations do not just survive. They become something truly worth building.
