What I Build

The infrastructure behind sustainable programs.

Every engagement is built around four core areas, scaled to match your organization's size, stage, and urgency. AI-enabled tools are woven into each pillar where they create real operational leverage.

01

Program Building & Scalable Operations

Launch strategy, replication systems, operational playbooks, and growth infrastructure designed to scale beyond a single location or leader.

  • Program launch planning and site replication
  • Multi-site coordination frameworks
  • Federal nutrition program setup (CACFP and SFSP)
  • Partner network development and management
Launch  ·  Scale  ·  Replicate
02
AI-Enabled Infrastructure

Operational Systems & AI-Enabled Infrastructure

Operational systems that create visibility, accountability, and repeatable execution. Claude-powered workflows reduce documentation burden and keep compliance proactive instead of reactive.

  • SOP development and workflow mapping
  • KPI dashboards and operational reporting
  • Salesforce CRM implementation
  • Claude-powered reporting and documentation workflows
  • Compliance calendar automation
  • Financial controls and accountability systems
Systems  ·  Visibility  ·  Accountability
03

Leadership Development & Team Capacity

  • Manager coaching and development
  • Staff onboarding systems and training protocols
  • Succession planning and role clarity
  • Performance management frameworks
Leadership  ·  Retention  ·  Continuity
04

Disaster Preparedness & Emergency Operations

Formal Disaster Manager with direct experience leading operations through Katrina, Hurricane Michael, and COVID-19. I build the plans before the crisis so your organization knows exactly what to do when the call comes.

  • Emergency operations plan development
  • Crisis logistics and partner activation protocols
  • VOAD coordination and community partnerships
  • Recovery and continuity planning
Preparedness  ·  Response  ·  Recovery

Common Questions

Before you sign up

Do I have to commit long term?
No. All retainer engagements start month to month with no long-term lock-in. Most clients choose to continue for 6 to 12 months once they see the impact, but that is always your call. One-time engagements are fixed scope with pricing agreed upfront.
What is the difference between monthly and one-time pricing?
Monthly retainers give you ongoing embedded access at a lower per-month rate. One-time engagements are fixed-scope projects billed upfront, typically used when an organization needs a defined deliverable rather than ongoing operational partnership. One-time pricing is set higher to reflect the concentrated delivery window.
What size organizations do you work with?
I work best with human services and food security nonprofits in the $1M to $10M annual budget range. Organizations growing faster than their systems or navigating a leadership gap at the operations level.
What does AI-enabled mean in practice?
It means Claude and other AI tools get embedded into your actual workflows, not bolted on as an afterthought. That looks like automated compliance documentation, board report generation, SOP drafting, and operational dashboards that reduce manual work. You and your staff spend less time on documentation and more time on mission delivery. AI is the tool. I am the operator who knows which workflows to build and how to implement them in a compliance-aware way.
What is the difference between Essentials and Embedded COO?
Essentials (approx. 10 hours per month) is best for organizations that need strategic guidance, compliance support, and a senior ops perspective on key decisions. Embedded COO (approx. 20 hours per month) gives you weekly presence inside your leadership team. I am actively owning operational outcomes, not just advising on them.
What does Organizational Rescue cover?
Custom scope and pricing for organizations facing a specific crisis: a failed audit, a leadership transition, a disaster response situation, or a program launch that needs to happen fast. We scope the engagement together based on what you actually need. Pricing typically starts at $8,000 per month for active stabilization work.
Are you available for remote engagements?
Yes. I am based in Houston, TX but work with organizations remotely across the U.S. For Houston area clients, in-person presence is also available depending on the engagement tier.
How do I know if this is the right fit before paying?
Book a free 30-minute discovery call. I will ask about your programs, your team, and your biggest operational pain points, then give you an honest assessment of whether and how I can help. No pitch, no pressure.
